Though there isn’t any evidence showing that lycopene directly protects skin from ultraviolet radiation (UVR) exposure, tomato products may be associated with an increased risk of developing melanoma because they contain high levels of carotenoids, which help protect cells from UVR.
- Mango contains antioxidants which protect against free radicals. These substances keep the skin healthy by protecting the skin from disease and keeping it strong.
- It has been linked to various health benefits for people who drink green tea regularly. Polyphenols in green tea rejuvenate dying skin cell membranes, suggesting that these compounds could be used to heal skin injuries or other skin conditions. #3 Treat your skin gently
Shaving and daily cleansing can be hard on your skin. To keep it gentle, use these tips:
Don’t use too strong soap. Strong soaps and cleaning agents can remove oils from your skin. Choose products that clean without irritating your skin.

Moisture helps keep your skin. For people with very dry skins, use a moisturizer suited for their particular needs. For day-to-day use, consider using a sunscreen containing an SPF rating of 15 or above.
